Grace Goh, Executive (L.O.L)
alright. so its lunch time again. bored again. i wan something dat can keep my food warm n is not fat n bulky. haiz. the chicken meat i brought is so cold it became a block. its suppose to b in pieces...=( y do they need a fridge here in north pole? i dun get it. its so super cold here i can wear 2 jackets n still feel like my fingers r frozen solid.
oh yeah bout my job. im working at WDA if u duno wad it is, its the thingy dat was promoting some "help us serve u better thing" last time. its called GEMs. those little cards they put bside the cashier at the retail shops....nvm. dun matter. ok when i 1st came i had no idea wad my job post was called. so i assumed it must b some assistant or some admin thing. BUT i saw this email my colleage sent to me. it was a template for future use n she edited it for me. under my name was the word "Executive". executive of nothing juz the word executive. so i went to look up the definition of the word executive n i realise..its juz a fancier word for admin. it juz sounds bigger n nicer. wadeva im doing is so...rubbish. i hav to pack the things ppl wan to throw away into boxes, record down all the things they wan to throw, all the docments n files, reports, bandage the box wif lots of scotchtape n write the word "disposal". ya dat was wad i hav been doing the past 2hrs.
other than packing rubbish into boxes, i havta help the managers edit their documents (like changing font size..bolding certain words..), sending emails, smses (ya using the email to send smses cool ar. hahaha), edit letters n print n get the managers n whoever to sign it, run after all those who suppose to sign the documents, photocopy, print, file, hunt high n low for files (cuz the managers duno how to put them back), pick calls from ppl who duno how to fill a simple form, ya. process cases lor. theres so many steps to it la. so i came up wif a "guide book" of my own. hahaha! theres plenty of post-it to b wasted so i juz paste it all over the files, documents, my com. ya.
this place isnt exactly making use of my typing skills. im so sad...i rather stare at a hard copy document n type it into the com. but i cant. cuz theres no such thing. hahaha!
last but not least, i haven studied my AFP. im so going to fail it le. i cant slp cuz of it la! but i cant study either cuz i havta work. how sucky is dat? haiz. sadness. the super busy-ness of my super busy life. dun hav proper time to sit down at the piano n practice either. haiz.
O! going singing alone this thurs. HAHAHA. i get to eat up the whole 1hr. muahahaha!
