complicated simplicity
the wkend is over again. n this is one of the most unproductive wkends EVER...wif all those things on hand. but aniwaes. i loved 2dae! no pics though. lets start from the very beginning...of today.
9.06am Mama: *high pitch voice* MINMIN QI LAI LE. JIU DIAN LE.
me: (OMG WTH..) *to myself* wa lau tsk. sian
ever had someone scare u awake? when ur sleeping nice n sound n suddenly *HIGH PITCH VOICE* n u juz wake up so suddenly like..i duno. how do u describe that. like when ur watching a horror movie n theres those damn eerie music behind n u noe the ghost is about to appear, u anticipate but still when it appears u still sorta get the shock of ur life n u jump up involuntarily? yeah. dats how it feels. cuz after that u feel ur heart pumping so fast n hard it juz feels unpleasant. hmm. not exactly the word im looking for though. cant think of anithing else.
O.K. so nx. wake up blah blah blah blah blah..fast forward.
10.56am me: Pa, can u fetch me to the MRT station.
Dad: where u going? how bout ur lunch? (obviously not listening to a word i said during breakfast. cuz i already explained where i was going, why, wif who, all the details n he was there. its juz about max 1m apart. see. nobody listens to the MIDDLE CHILD. )
blah blah blah blah blah, explain all over again.
11.10am *Boarded the train*
the timing thing is getting tiring. ok so basically i juz went for lunch at Dragon Gate Restaurant, Harbourfront Centre wif honey n his 2 sisters, n their honeys. we had DIMSUM. something i wanted to eat for SOOOO LOOONG. finally. its horrifying the way my honey orders food. they went down the whole list in the menu (lucky there were only about 35? 40 dishes?) and one by one they decide HOW MANY to order. n u see, dim sum comes in "long" its like a standard serving amt. like the most popular dishes, siew mai n ha gao, its one "long" each. which is like 4 dumplings per person. so its already 8 dumplings, plus, loads of others, loads more, loads more and then we come to the dessert. trust me, its really a lot.
DESSERT
ahh. my favourite part of a meal. i believe we've heard of Honeydew Sago? popular cold dessert? i think theirs was watermelon sago. its nice too! puts a beautiful colour into the dish. but instead of sago they used something else. like those tadpole-egg looking seeds they put into those koniyaku jelly? yeah. so its a bowl full of that. wait. did i juz sae a bowl? cuz i believe we ordered enough for more than 12 servings to share among the 6 of us. NO thats not the end. we had about 2 bowls each, and after a while, ordered another 1 bowl each. so we ate about 3 full bowls of dessert after all those dumplings. gosh where did all the food go...
CLEARING ALL THE FOOD
we've come to this part. we're all very full but theres still quite an amount of food on the table. not wanting to waste, we decided to clear the food. VOLUNTEERS? no way. so 6 of us cai quan to finish up all the food. u noe the er, game u play using ur hands.......the 5, 10, 15 thingy. wadeva it is. the point is we managed to finish up the food. ya honey made me eat quite a bit huh, nvm its u who's gonna havta marry me aniwaes. HAHAHA. EHEM. this wasnt easy, but it was really fun.
btw, if u really like dim sum u can try going there its not bad actually. i'd give it 3.5 stars out of 5. its a buffet eat-all-u-can thing. well the service there isnt up to the acceptable standard i say. rude aunty. CL2. thats wad it said on her "name tag". and CL's suppose to stand for wad?? they all hav CL followed by a number on their tags. CL = cleaner?!?! hmm.

nx we decided to watch a movie. I WANNA WATCH DISTURBIA! no we didnt watch dat. we decided between Simpsons and Alone. i believe everyone noes who the Simpsons are. Alone is a Thai horror movie, the director of Shutter (one of the most horrifying movies i've seen in my life). we decided to watch horror. it was bout 1hr b4 the movie starts after we bought the tix so we went shopping!
SHOPPING
YES bought new shoes! its becoming a habit of mine to buy a pair of new shoes, wear it immediately and throw the old one away. cuz the old shoes always pisses me off by being too "gripless" or giving me to much pain. shoes are suppose to protect our feet, i dun see y we havta put up wif so much pain. pretty shoes! its the FIRST TIME EVER honey said their nice. WOOOO. cuz most of the time its "ok la". he said THEIR NICE. hahahaha!! and i went to my fav store. GIORDANO. its the only place that sells plain clothing. most other places sells complicated looking clothes. they can be nice, but im too fat to look nice in it. so i need plain simple looking clothes. hahaha. i bought 1 top. what an achievement! considering i really DO NOT buy much things u noe. i dun really shop. although i think of it most of the time cuz im always wearing the same things. YES its always the same juz of a different colour. courtesy of Giordano. felt so generous after that. if honey were to find a jacket he wanted, 80% chance i would hav bought it for him. provided it looks nice. to me. hahaha. sadly, he didnt find it. haiz~ (didnt u realise i kept asking u to go look at the jacket?!?!?! TSK stupid shop ZAO FAN AH)
MOVIE
half of it i was covering both my ears n one of my eyes. HAHAHA. dun ask me y but seeing wif one eye is less scary than two......not like that makes any sense. HAHAHA. but ok im a very jumpy person. jump at every little thing n luffing to myself. total madness. poor honey had to put up wif all my nonsense. hahaha! poor honey also got the stinkiest seat. gosh. the previous person muz hav done something on that seat, rubbing his sweaty wadeva against the seat. it smells horrible. or mayb its juz the guy behind...i wonder...
HOME
had to buy food for my Princess. took a while to decide where to get the food n how to get home wif all that food (plus i had to carry my shopping stuff too). honey, as usual, hypnotised me wif his magical powers n made me go buy the food at Hougang Mall and take a cab back after that. its the wkends aniwaes, no surcharge. =) bought loads of food for my Princess which will last about a month or two. juz realise having a Princess at home is really quite unfriendly to my wallet. and just might burn a hole in my pocket. its $60 bucks worth of food!!! and thats with discount. lucky im a member. if not its $70++. ARGH. the things i do for loove...
YESTERDAY
we hav come this far so y not go on? had dinner at Spagaddies. not sure if its spelt right. i LOVE their FIVE CHEESE PIZZA. oooo. cheese cheese and more cheese. its just soooooo yummie!! had so much food it was filled right up to my oesophagus. wow.
all food and no exercise makes me a fat darzy.
